How many bundles will I need to get the look I want?

We recommend:

Number of Bundles needed for a full head:
14”-20” 3 bundles | 22”-26” 4 bundles | 28” and above 5 bundles.

Jazzmatized Luxury Hair bundles are manufactured full, weighing 90-100 grams per bundle(3oz). Bundles that are longer in length tend to have a shorter weft which requires more hair for a full weave installation.

How is Jazzmatized Luxury Hair installed?

Installation varies by the wants of the clients. Our wefted hair offers versatility that allows for each track to be sewn in or installed using the microlink method.

Jazzmatized Luxury Hair does not provide full lace wigs at the moment. However, our Lace Closures and Extensions can be used for wig making.

Can I color Jazzmatized Luxury Hair extensions?

Jazzmatized Luxury Hair extensions are offered in natural hair colors 1b(dark natural brown) and 2(light natural brown). At this time, we do not offer additional color options or custom coloring services.

To make Jazzmatized Luxury Hair extensions fit your desired look, our extensions may be bleached or dyed in order to blend with your natural hair. *We recommend that coloring be done by a professional/licensed colorist.

Can I straighten and style Deep Wave and Curly textures?

Just like natural hair, our deep wave and curly textures have beautiful styling versatility. You may wear our hair as it comes in its natural curl pattern, or use thermal styling tools to achieve your desired look.

Keep in mind to use a heat protectant when necessary.

How long will Jazzmatized Luxury Hair last?

Our extensions are manufactured with the utmost level of quality and design. The expectant life of your particular hair extensions depends solely on the care you provide to the hair.

A Lot of things are taken into factor such as how many times the hair has been worn, how many times you're getting the wefted hair maintenanced and if you have previously dyed the hair.

A customized “Hair Care Tips" card is included with every Jazzmatized Luxury Hair purchase with instructions to help you maintain your look for as long as possible.

Is the closure ready to wear?

Our Transparent Lace Closures are constructed with a transparent lace material that allows for a more natural look. However, each closure will need personal customizations such as bleaching the knots and tinting the base to get the perfect match to your skin tone.

We recommend using a professional/licensed stylist to customize and install your closure.

Can I color/straighten the Transparent Lace Closure?

Just like natural hair, Jazzmatized Luxury Hair has maximum versatility. You may use heat styling tools and hair dye to achieve your desired look. Please keep in mind that although Transparent Lace is durable, it is also delicate. We highly recommend using a professional, licensed stylist to keep the integrity of the hair and the closure base.

Using excessive heat or lifting the hair with high volumes of developer to extremely light colors may alter the integrity of the texture and curl pattern. Always be sure to use a thermal protectant and deep condition whenever possible to help keep the hair nourished and moisturized.

Jazzmatized Hair is not responsible for any damage of hair quality or texture as a result of color processing and/or thermal styling.

I ordered online, but want to cancel my purchase. Is it too late?

All orders are final sale. Once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel your order. However, we do offer exchanges and returns for store credit within 7 days of your delivery date.

How long after ordering will it take my package to arrive?

All orders placed will take about 3-5 days to process unless hair is in stock at our fulfillment center. If hair is not in stock please allow 5-10 business days for processing. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to track your package.

All orders are shipped via USPS and will require a signature upon delivery. Priority shipping is always used so shipping times can vary from 1-2 business days.

USPS delivery times are estimates and we can not guarantee your delivery date. It is recommended to allow ample time for delivery before special occasions, travel plans, and hair appointments.

I ordered the wrong item, how can I return it?

We do not offer cash refunds, but we will be more than happy to issue you a store credit for unused items kept in their original sale condition!

The store credit will be issued once the product is received back to our fulfillment center and inspected. Your store credit will be for the amount paid minus discounts and shipping. Discount codes are for one-time use only.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return if the correct items were received.
