Shipping policy

Here at Jazzmatized Luxury Hair our top priority is providing you with top tier customer service and quality products! 

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. We only ship Monday through Friday. If your order is not available at our warehouse, processing can take from 5-10 business days. *There is no shipping on holidays and weekends.*

Our standard shipping will take 1 business day to deliver on the East Coast and 2-3 days on the West Coast via USPS with a signature confirmation.

Once a package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. A claim will have to be opened by the buyer with the shipping company. No refunds or replacements will be sent out until further hearing from the shipping company.

During major sales, our shipping times may vary. Please inquire to see if hair is available for same day shipping!
